The LABL sunglasses are handmade as this is the only way to ensure attention to detail in every step of production. Once we have established the overall shape, a mould is created from scratch to replicate this design. The frames are tumbled and washed to remove any imperfections before being assembled. They go through a repeated three stage polishing process to ensure the finish is perfect. After a final cleanse, assembly and varnish, the lenses are cut and fit to the frames to a very high specification ensuring that all UV requirements are tested and met. Hinges are added at a specific tension to ensure the fit remains as it was designed. Final quality control, finishing, lasering and branding takes place before the sunglasses are placed with their branded cloth into the LABL pouch, ready to be delivered to you, the customer.
